I started my fitness journey in November 2014. I wanted to get in better shape and be more active. I started seeing a trainer twice a week who helped me figure out my fitness and nutrition plans. I still see my trainer twice a week but have also added on boot camp once a week, cardio at the gym twice a week and daily walks on the Thrive Path around the Baldwin Park Medical Center everyday after lunch with coworkers. I feel more energized and can keep up with my 3 yearold nephew. I’m excited about where this journey continues to take me.
