Welcome to the 9th Get Fit Festival at the Kaiser Permanente Irvine Medical Center.
Registration is now open for the Kaiser Permanente Southern California Get Fit Festival. Bring your family, bring friends, but most importantly – be there!
Discover healthy activities you’ll truly enjoy, including:
- 6-Person Relay (36 miles)
- Thrive 5K Fun Run/Walk
- 30-Mile Bike Tour of Orange County
- Games, food, and fun!

When and where?
The Get Fit Festival takes place Saturday, November 22 from 6 am to 2 pm. Events will be located throughout Kaiser Permanente Irvine Medical Center (6640 Alton Parkway). Race times are as follows:
- Relay Challenge starts at 8:00am
- Bike Tour starts at 8:30am
- 5K Fun Run/Walk starts at 9:00am

How much does it cost?
Most activities at the festival are free of charge. You must register and pay to participate in the bike tour, 5k run/walk, and relay challenge. Food will be available to purchase.
How do I sign up?
Registration is now open for the bike tour, 5k run/walk, and relay challenge. If you don’t plan on participating in one of those activities, you do not need to register.

7:45 AM – National Anthem
8:00 AM – Food Trucks Open
8:00 AM – Relay Starts
8:30 AM – Bike Tour Starts
9:00 AM – 5K Starts
9:15 AM – Yoga
9:30 AM – Kids Zone opens
10:00 AM – Line Dancing
10:45 AM – Zumba
11:30 AM – Live Band on main stage
12:00 PM – Relay Finishes
12:30 PM – Awards Ceremony
1:00 PM – Festival Closes
