You can find stretch bands and foam rollers at<br \/>\nany retail or sporting goods store.<\/p>\n<h3>Runs\/Walks:<\/h3>\n<p>Find a comfortable pace that you<br \/>\ncan maintain for the duration of the workout. Plan to<br \/>\nstart in the morning to mimic race day conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>Cross-training:<\/h3>\n<p>Train by doing something that<br \/>\nyou already enjoy. Hike, swim, bike, or dance for<br \/>\nthe prescribed duration. Try to keep your heart rate<br \/>\nup for most of the training time. Be creative and<br \/>\nhave fun!<\/p>\n<h3>Rest:<\/h3>\n<p>Don\u2019t skip rest day. Recovery is an essential<br \/>\npart of a training program.
