We’re excited to announce that this year’s challenge will take place June 1 through June 30. All Kaiser Permanente physicians and employees are encouraged to participate in the challenge to adopt a healthy lifestyle. This activity is all about YOU and maintaining YOUR motivation for 30 consecutive days. All activities; Yoga, hiking, walking the dog, etc., count towards your team participation.
